Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Danielle Paige Designs. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made or fulfilled after the pre-order window closes. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-order items are expected to ship approximately 6–8 weeks after the conclusion of the pre-order window.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your full order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready. To receive ready-to-ship items sooner, please place a separate order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order details and shipping destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, shipping method selected, and destination.

Please note that carrier delays are outside of our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at checkout for eligible orders. If you select local pickup, you will receive instructions once your order is ready.

Please wait until you receive a pickup notification before arriving to collect your order.

Digital Products

Digital products, including digital pattern files or downloadable artwork, are not physically shipped. Access or download instructions will be provided after purchase.

Digital items are generally delivered immediately or by email, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Danielle Paige Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Danielle Paige Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are happy to help provide any information needed to support a carrier claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution when possible.
